Mailbox Nationwide always say that leaflet distribution can be a very fraught industry; every company wants the very utmost from its advertising campaign, but complaints can arise, and we do take these complaints very seriously.
On the rare occasion that a complaint regarding its service is received Mailbox Nationwide adopts the following procedures.
After Mailbox Nationwide receive a written request to investigate an issue, the customer service team here at Mailbox Nationwide endeavour to talk to all the staff involved in a distribution, to identify any issues that may have presented themselves during the course of a distribution. After investigating the complaint, it may become apparent that an area was difficult to cover due to the types of property or that the were a great many inaccessible properties
After the complaint is received, a response to our client should be expected within five working days this will detail any issues that have been brought to light and the steps that Mailbox Nationwide have taken to rectify such issues during the course of the distribution.

Mailbox Nationwide Complaint
If you have a complaint against Mailbox Nationwide Limited please follow the instructions below.
The complaint must be in written format, and must be received in writing, no more than seven days after the distribution is completed.
The complaint must detail the company name, a contact name for the complainant, the date of distribution and area, and a listing of the six digit postcodes of the non receivers.
This information will help Mailbox Nationwide in addressing any complaint and to investigate any issues with the distribution quickly and effectively.
Mailbox Nationwide take any complaint very seriously and obviously try to resolve any issues that may be found.

Mailbox Nationwide Reviews Its Packing Instructions
In an effort to simplify instructions for good inwards Mailbox Nationwide is now able to accept boxes of up to twenty five kilograms in weight.
Boxes need to be labeled clearly with a copy of the leaflet on each box, so it is clear as to the contents of each box. This helps our logistics team when they are picking the boxes for dispatch to each individual team manager . Mailbox Nationwide cannot accept loose leaflets of any description, these will always be returned to the client. Mailbox Nationwide has decided to review its policy on traveling to meetings nationally, in an effort to improve its commitment to saving the planet, we now the facility for conference calling and wherever possible we will opt for a conference call rather than a face to face meeting. Obviously in some cases sales managers will have to travel the country , but we make genuine efforts to ensure that we use energy efficient vehicles wherever possible, it has been known in recent times for the managing director to get on a train!!
