Barracuda !!

Published by admin under Cala d'Or Chat

On a very recent trip to Cala d’Or we were sat down in the Marina early one evening and suddenly saw a fin appear in the middle of the Marina, this instantly grabbed our attention and the children rushed forward to get a better view. The Fin moved up and down and every so often disappeared, we watched for a around 10 minutes then the Fin started coming towards us, it came closer and closer, until it was right underneath us at the marina edge. Underneath us was a 1.5 metre Barracuda, we instantly jumped into scientific mode and started to test its feeding habits, after a very carefully monitored study we quickly came to the conclusion that Barracuda do not like Rich Tea Biscuits !
