Good service, car ready as arranged no waiting, queuing,or unwanted delays.
Must add on return of our car one of our party forgot a case, locked the car with keys inside, contacted the office, within a few minutes we were met by Terry with spare key problem solved, can only say superb service.
I have used Terry’s car hire now several times and the car is always parked where they say and available straight away. I have waited in a que at Record and Gold Cars for anything up to an hour before. I have tried both their Focus estate cars - a little older car but clean and pefect to drive, and I have also used their ordinary Focus - a newer car and excellent condition. The service could not be easier and when ever I have needed to contact them, I have always been satisfied with their response.
